Euro Connection 2025

Submissions are now open for the 17th edition of Euro Connection short film coproduction forum, which will take place on February 4-5, 2025 during the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and Short Film Market. Deadline is October 20, 2024.
This platform aims to facilitate partnerships between European producers looking to develop coproductions. Projects must meet the following requirements:
Animation, fiction, or creative documentary short film;
Duration up to 30 minutes;
Project must be partly funded by a third party (external source);
The producer-filmmaker team are looking for coproduction partners;
Shooting or production shall start no earlier than June 2025.
In each country, national correspondents collect and evaluate submitted projects to nominate the finalist project. A European jury of 3 industry professionals then selects up to 12 projects from all finalists projects, who are invited to pitch in Clermont-Ferrand. Selected projects will be notified at the end of November 2024.
Invitation includes travel grant (160€) for the producer, accommodation (4 nights), meal vouchers, online script session, pitch training, pitching sessions, one-on-one meetings, access to social events and networking opportunities.
