Director's Bio
Christos Artemiou is a Greek Cypriot filmmaker based in Athens. With a passion for cinema since childhood, he pursued directing through self-study, hands-on practice, and participation in seminars, screenwriting workshops, and development labs. He was selected to participate in the international script development workshop 'What’s the Story?' at the International Short Film Festival Cyprus in 2023. Christos is drawn to stories grounded in realism, often exploring the raw, unfiltered realities of urban life in contemporary Greek society. His work focuses on marginalised characters navigating poverty and fragile family dynamics. Prelude to a Supernova is his first short film.

Simon Ellis’ short film awards have included the International Jury Prize at Sundance, Best Short Film at the BIFAs, plus BAFTA and European Academy Award nominations. Michael Mellemløkken Renjo is a director and cinematographer from Oslo, with a background in Photography from Arts University Bournemouth and an MFA in Directing from The Norwegian Film School. Director's Bio
Andrei Redinciuc is an actor and director, born in Botoșani, Romania. He studied Acting at the National University of Theatre and Film I.L.Caragiale Bucharest, graduating in 2016. Since then, he has been part of over 20 theatre shows performed on various stages in Bucharest. He wrote and directed his first short film, The Debt, in 2020. Soon after, came another short, titled Extravaganzia Large, Thin Crust and Hot Sauce, completed in 2021. All That Remains is his latest short film. He currently works as a commercial and film director and is developing scripts with his friend and co-writer, Carol Ionescu.

Director's Bio
While studying Architecture, Aris Stefani created the animation Storm the Heavens and the film No Promised Land, dealing with the topic of refugees. He later directed the documentary Disposable Depression, which explored polarities. In his science fiction film Ash, he searched for the lowest common denominator, earning awards at international festivals. In 2021, he was selected for the official competition of the Directors' Guild of Cyprus, focused on global issues, with his tailor-made meta-drama Camera for Sale, a film about a film worker entering the same competition while facing issues. In 2023, dance and landscape, work and death came together in his film Conductor, produced by Dance House Lemesos.

Director's Bio
Theodor Solin is a filmmaker based in Stockholm. He discovered his passion for filmmaking while living in Shanghai. He is educated at the European Film College and holds a BA in Film & TV from Edinburgh College of Art. Currently, he is doing his MA in Directing Fiction at SKH in Stockholm. As a writer and director, his shorts have been screened at various festivals, including Palm Springs Shortfest, Gothenburg Film Festival, and Uppsala Short Film Festival. Home Care and Från Strandvägen till Rigagatan have aired on Swedish Television SVT and been seen by over a million viewers. Theodor is also a DoP and editor, which can be seen in his commercial and freelance documentary work.

Christina Tryphonos is a Cypriot director. She spent the first five years of her career directing Cypriot TV shows and then transitioned to assistant director within the country's film industry. She has spent ten years working in the industry, and this is her first official short film.
